Return & Exchange

At Lamaé Studios, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit, exchange or refund (incurs processing fee).

 

Please Note

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume etc. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. All store credits have no expiry date. 

  

Returns: 

  1. If you would like to return an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@lamaestudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the exchange request.
  2. Ensure the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. The cost of shipping for the exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive the items for return and verify their condition, we will process the your refund.

 

Exchanges:

  1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@lamaestudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the exchange request.
  2. Ensure the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. The cost of shipping for the exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive the items for exchange and verify their condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new items to you.

 

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items.
  • Lamaé Studios reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days in between holidays and weekends for the processing of returns and exchanges.
